Delete Your Account

Applies to: FourDinks (iOS and Android), developer FourDinks

You can delete your FourDinks account and the data associated with it at any time, by either method below. Deletion is permanent — there is no recovery window.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open FourDinks and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab (bottom right).
3. Tap Edit profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom — Danger Zone.
5. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

Your account and associated data are removed server-side immediately.

Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my FourDinks account" from the email address associated with your account, or include the phone number you signed up with so we can locate the account. We process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, phone number, email association, DUPR rating, bio)
• Your availability slots and invitations
• Your match history and push-notification token

Some derived records that belong to other users' histories (e.g. a friendship row referencing your former account, or a match your friends also played in) are anonymized rather than deleted, so their records stay intact without identifying you. Crash diagnostics already sent to our error-monitoring service age out per its standard retention window. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Partial data deletion

If you want specific data removed without deleting the whole account (for example, clearing your availability history), email [email protected] and we'll handle it case by case.
